"Overall a fantastic stay. Front desk staff (especially Kyle) was so impressive. A wonderful first impression with fun and enthusiasm. ZuZu bar and restaurant was win! Staff was terrific and the food was excellent at breakfast lunch and dinner!! Spa treatment was really great. Spa deck and facilities could be improved to flow better with the rest of the resort experience. "

"I love the pleasant staff. They were friendly and personable...Except the valet staff almost ran me over on the sidewalk because they run. I was alone and felt comfortable. I really would love to come back. I hope they would have a pkg. Deal affordabilty is a factor..but i understand the reasons why it costs so much to stay there. 42.00 for a burger and coke with room service was a bit high though it was a great burger..the fries were cut too thin. Thank you"

"My stay at the Rise Uptown was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. I was even given a free upgrade to the largest room, a bottle of wine, plus homemade infused popsicles during my stay—which were so good! My room smelled fresh, was spotless, and had such a cozy vibe. There also is an AppleTV, which is a plus! The hotel itself is in a perfect location, with a beautiful pool area and a fun atmosphere. It’s also surrounded by other hotels...
