"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Like most hotels in this area and price range, the rooms are small but have what you need. The breakfast was top notch, but you do need to get there early. There seemed to be a lot of people in the lobby at all times, which was concerning especially considering that the location is little far away from the theater area, so walking back at night was sketchy. "

"This hotel is clean and there were no issues checking-in. It's in a good location too, the only issue was the elevators. You'd have to wait sometimes 30 minutes for an elevator. Additionally, no space to sit anywhere at breakfast."

"Traveling from Tokyo, Japan. I really loved the stay in this Hotel. Everything was near by and convenient. They have a full of Hospitalities and the Breakfast was just a perfect meal to start a day. I'll def consider here again when I ever visit NYC!"
