"全ての従業員は優しかったです。買い物や食事の店を教えていただき、行きたい目的地の方法も詳しく教えもらいました。朝食事の種類は豊富で、5日も全種類を食べることができませんでした。夜もお水を部屋まで追加してもらいました。本当に親切な良いホテルです。週末の午後はロビーで生演奏もあり、旅の疲れを癒やされる時間を過ごせます。地下鉄とバス停はホテルの前にあり、どこに行くのも便利です。隣に高級デパートもあります。長安の城壁もすぐ近くにあり、夜のライトアップもとても綺麗です。今後西安に行くことがあれば、また利用したいと思っています。"

"Most of the staff were able to speak english which is rare to find in China. The staff made our stay comfortable and helped us to arrange transportation to terracota and train station. The hotel even equipped us with hotel card to make it easier for tourist communicate to taxi driver. The size of the room is huge and comfortable. we do pay extra for buffet breakfast, but the quality and taste was okay."

"Our first impression of the Le Meridien Chanba Hotel in Xi'an was awe-inspiring due to its location, majesty, lights and modern look. However upon check-in, we had an issue as to whether or not the room was previously paid (it was previously booked and pre-paid) and if the room itself was ready - this took over 30 minutes to discuss and resolve. "Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside.
