Customer service in the south of France really is amongst the best in the world. My room was spacious and cool, nice views, hotel facilities were very good. "This is a magnificent property and the owners and their team are doing everything they can to please you. We were 2 couple for 3 nights and had an extremely pleasant stay. Sofabed so squeaky that it will likely wake up the whole room if you move at all. - Aircondition in room - but not working. - Showerhead could not be fastened. Waterboiler for coffee/tea did not work. Poor cleaning. - Most of the time I could only get one device connected to wifi ("maximum number of devices reached". - Front desk closed at 7 pm. +...
