"I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and quick to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that parking isn’t included—you’ll need to use the garage next door, which costs $55 per day, but it works fine if you’ve arranged other transportation. On the plus side, they have a fantastic restaurant/bar downstairs. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"Great location. It was fine. We sat at the Post Bar for 10 minutes and not one person acknowledged us, so we left. Starlight Room was over a 2 1/2 hour wait and then they couldn’t find our reservation when we went back. Both bars seemed to need better staffing. "

"Es war ein tolles Hotel für unseren Familienurlaub in San Francisco. Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Hafens. Beim Frühstücken war im Restaurant irgendwie immer eine komische Atmosphäre. Das Personal war immer bemüht aber wenn man was bestellen oder den Platz wechseln wollte weil man direkt unter der Klimaanlage gesessen hat, wirkte es als wäre man eine Last. Am letzten Tag war es besser, irgendwie waren sie dann überfreundlich. Vielleicht hat das ein anderer Gast mal beim Management erwähnt."
