"The room was clean, which was appreciated. However, there was renovation work going on right next to our room, making the stay quite unpleasant due to the noise. It would have been better if we had been informed in advance or assigned a different room. This really affected the overall experience."

"This hotel was located in the perfect location for us to walk to the market and get picked up for a tour. The staff were also outstanding and incredibly accommodating. We received an upgrade when we returned for our final night and darted on the upper floor that had a balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi (as well as an indoor one), it was amazing to be it a bath outside looking up at the sky our last night in Saigon!"
