"Once qe got to the hotel it was good until these kids decided to try to kick the door in and broke the top lock off. Then to turn around and do it again after they fixed the lock. The night manager i don't think believed it's but he sent security to look around the complex. Then i spoke with the dayshift manager and she was awesome she took care of us and moved us rooms so that it wouldnt happen again. Other than that it was a great stay. "

"We loved our stay! Beautiful and maintained grounds. Villas were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping goes above and beyond. Shuttle to Disney parks board later than park opening times which was out only complaint but taxi service is easy to get. My daughter loved the main pool and we loved the Calypso bar! Best margaritas and worth the price! We hope to be back! "

"This is the closest you can get to being in the terminal. Hard to find from internatiinal arrivals lack of signage buy ask quesions of staff they'll help. Super hotel, have stayed before."

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."
