"We had a good stay"

"Had very high expectations for this Tribute Portfolio hotel. Upon arrival the hotel is not in a great area, certainly not scenic. Parking was not very convenient, only a limited amount of spots in front, more in the back of the hotel which was not convenient. We arrived early for check in, and was told we would get a text or call when room was ready. That never happened. The bar and restaurant were lack luster. Again, the view was an empty parking lot, old warehouses. Did not get food, only...

"This is THE BEST hotel I have ever stayed in. My first resort spa and I was blown away, from the cleanliness to the toiletries, they do not play. I plan on being a regular here. Any dime spent is not a waste. Reasonably priced, you get what you pay for!"

"Would highly recommend this place, lovely rooms and a short walk to town. I would ask the cleaners to pay more attention though, the cabinets were dirty and there were stuff in the dishwasher from previous guests."

"The property and location were amazing. Super easy to get to and from different points in Kingston. Walkable area. Good parking direction from the host. There was a logistical mix up but they fixed that immediately. It would have been nice to have the sofa bed made up upon arrival or at least have extra linens in the suite, but I let them know via their text line, and they sent someone within an hour. The breakfast/coffee situation leaves quite a lot to be desired, but hopefully theyll work out...
