"Bel hôtel placé en centre ville Toutes les visites se font à pieds Le personnel est très attentionné et le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. La piscine telle un aquarium suspendue dans le vide mérite le détour. Pour le parking prévoir 18€ par jour dans un parking public à 10 minutes à pieds. Seul point noir, nous entendions tous les bruits de la chambre d’à coté à travers la porte communicante pourtant bien fermée !"

"Todo bien"

"I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The only downside (not the hotels fault) were the rooms were all north facing. This meant no sunshine all day and the rooms felt a bit cold because of this. Overall though the hotel was marvellous."

El hotel dispone de diversos servicios como parking subterraneo en el propio edificio (de pago), cafetería muy agradable justo a la entrada del hotel (el cual es un patio interior precioso), restaurante, piscina, etc.. "The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this....

Un conseil : difficile a localiser quand on arrive en voiture : pas de panneau indicateur de cet hotel (ni AC HOTEL ni MARIOTT et les noms de rues sont peu visibles). Il nous a fallu nous garer n'importe où et faire le tour de l'endroit pour le trouver "

"Hôtel calme, à 15 min du centre-ville de Puerto. Demi-pension qualitative grand choix de plats, personnel serviable et agréable, piscine et jacuzzi appréciables meme en décembre. Propreté irréprochable, les femmes de chambre passent tous les jours. Je recommande les yeux fermés. "

"In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall. Negatives: No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped. Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days. Cockroach: live cockroach...

"👍Lage des Hotels war super. In der Nähe von vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeit (El Corte Ingles, Lidl etc.); Die Altstadt ist fußläufig (ca. 10-15 Min.) erreichbar, wo viele Aktivitäten möglich sind. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthalts war ein Wintermarkt am Hafen, wo vom 14.12. bis 06.01. Festlichkeiten stattfanden. Das Hotel verfügt über viele Parkplätze im untergeschossigen Parkhaus. Parken kostet (Stand: 2024-12) 15,-€ pro Tag. Das Personal an der Rezeption und auch bei der Reinigung war äußerst...
