"The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer."

"We arrived at the site and there was debri and trash in the parking lot and yard. When we opened the front door and turned on the lights several roaches scattered in front of us. None of the TV's worked. Called to be moved and they would not call us back. Called Expedia and they said per contract we could not cancel."
