"There was no sign for this hotel at Terminal 3 Exit. You need to take an elevator before you exit the building. Take the elevator to the second floor, and you will see the sign for Hotel. The hallway had music the entire time, but the soundproofing of the room was great. The breakfast place around 7:00 am was a little crowded but the staff tried to keep the area clean. "

"Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out takes way too long. Long distances to walk to the room, no elevator. That was hard for my pregnant wife. Rooms less fancy than on the pictures. Restaurant quite expensice, in particular for what you get. niy portion and tasteless. Nasi with prawn includes 2 prawns and tasteless nasi. Beverage even too expensive. Unfortunately there's no restorant outside close to the hotel, so you're dependend on the hotel restaurant. Shop in the hotel closes at 8pm...

"Das Hotel ist sehr modern und wird von dem Personal sehr gepflegt und in guten Zustand gehalten. Leider ist es in dem Hotel sehr laut, da es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt. Es ist so laut, dass man es nachts in den Zimmern hört. Am Besten fragt man direkt beim Check In nach einem ruhigen Zimmer auf er Rückseite des Hotels. Das Frühstück hat uns geschmacklich nicht wirklich überzeugt. Alles in Allem ist es okay, wenn man nicht zu geräuschempfindlich ist. Das moderne und angenehme Interrieur...

"I never stayed there because Indonesia changed their visa policy while I was enroute. I was forced to fly back home when I was connecting flights in Japan. Fika Rooms wouldn't refund my full stay and still charged me for multiple nights. Their issue should be with the Indonesian government, not me. I already had a bad enough time at the airports arranging things for my return. Fika rooms just added to my miser y."
