We got a room with a view of the Hudson. It was stunning. The room was clean and bigger than I thought it would be being that NYC is known for its tiny, cramped spaces. The staff was really nice. "I was so impressed by the kindness and courtesy shown to my daughter and I from all the staff. From the doorman to the repai man (who was on the elevator with us), to the check jn staff. Whatever they are doing to train their employees i hope they keep it up! The bed was so comfortable and the pillows big and squishy. The towels were luxuirously soft and the thermostat worked well. The elevators and rooms make the most of every nook and crany. I liked it here a lot and will stay again. "
