"Che dire. L'hotel è il massimo che si può avere a Varsavia. La spa è meravigliosa, le colazioni sono squisite e super abbondanti sia per il salato che per il dolce. Il personale della reception è preparato ed accogliente. Il bar dell'hotel è fornitissimo, molto elegante ed accogliente ed è frequentato anche da gente esterna, così come il ristorante della struttura. Ho avuto un upgrade gratuito in una suite fantastica. Era la prima volta a Varsavia e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza unica....
