"The property is older and needs updating, but is very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating! We’ve stayed before and I remember the breakfast being much better a year or so ago! Despite the breakfast being disappointing, I would definitely stay again! "

"They offered a sweet treat after 9 for the kids and a lot of space to walk around and a big outdoor shopping mall just down the hill you can see from the hotel and then it was right off the old Branson road where it’s close to all the museums and sight seeings and some places are easy to walk to from. We enjoyed the fact the whole pool was 3 ft so my 6 year old could actually walk around the whole pool without hitting a deep part"

"We were pleased with our room and the property amenities. We stayed in a single queen room, so the room was not spacious, but met our needs. I am sure the other rooms were larger, but we only needed the one bed. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had plenty of towels, etc. for our use. Our room was quiet. Standard housekeeping is offered every other day. Based on the information we read, there are 5 rooms available that can accommodate up to 2 pets of no more than 20 lbs....

"The elevator doesn't access the ground floor/parking lot level in the secondary building but the stairs are easily accessible. Our room was very clean and staff were helpful as well as friendly. We look forward to staying again."
