"The property is in great location. Although clean, it had a musty carpet smell all over the place specially the rooms. It was unbearable; I had booked them after seeing their room without carpets in pictures. When we brought up this isssue with the staff, they were very accommodating; they gave us a room without carpets. However, the whole thing just took out 2-3 hrs of our already short stay."

"If you stay for 7 days or more, the in-room hospitality is off the charts. The pistachio sandies, bon-bon platter, and spa samples were amazing. Housekeeping was on-target (but need to ask for sheets if you want them). "Where do I even start? This was my second time in doha this year the first time i went solo and second time i had to bring my mum because i know she would love it AND she did (not more than me). Both times i stayed at Park Hyatt and honestly its probably the best hotel i have ever stayed at. From the staff to the breakfast to the ROOMS to the pillows to the BATHROOMS to the jacuzzi to the rooftop view EVERYTHING was so amazing. Can’t recommend ut enough!!!"
