"Our check in time was 3 pm. After a long 10 hour drive to the Omni Hotel our room wasn't ready at 3pm for check in. I was told there will be a 15 minute wait for cleaning. I waited 15 minutos and then another 15 minutes and had to get up and ask for an update of my room and was told its been ready. If hotels are quick and strict about check out time then check in should be as well. Was not compensated in any way for the wait. "

I was supposed to have a 3 bedroom suite but they call and said it has maintenance issues so they gave us a 1 and 2 bedroom suite for the same rate...at least they called first to let me know. However 1 of the refrigerators didn't work, but outside of that, it was still very clean and accommodating."
