"The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful in every aspect. The rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. They are really dark when the blinds are drawn and super quiet. It is very convenient to everything and all places are walking distance. It’s a big hotel and easy to get lost! Breakfast is great but eat outside on the rooftop. "I booked us into the JW suites/apartments rather than the hotel which is my mistake. The apartment we had was nice but lacked charm and some basic amenities. There wasn't any artwork on the walls. Just gray walls, gray furniture, gray floors. It was a very blank and drab space. We did have a balcony though and that was really nice. The kitchen did not have any towels, sponges, napkins, or soap so you can't wash or clean any of the dishes. When they brought up room service, they don't bring...
