"Nur 2 stockige Gebäudetrackte in grossem Garten.....das freundliche Personal. Was leider nicht geht ist das Personal am hinteren Pool. Nach 15 minütiger Ignoranz ( nur 3 Tische belegt und niemand direkt an der Bar ! ) bin ich aufgestanden und gegangen. Sorry das geht gar nicht ......"

"The location of the Westin is excellent. The beach, the pools, the surrounding area are all very beautiful and peaceful. All staff members we encountered were very nice and clearly wanted to make our visit enjoyable. However, the hotel itself is nice but not great. The first room we were in had a broken shower door and other maintenance issues. Once we told the front desk they immediately moved us to a new room without any fuss. The food was good but not great especially for the price."

"The property is such a relaxing resort. The staff is top notch and very helpful. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the private beach is a plus, as are the two sculpted swimming pools. The suites are spacious and clean and even the outdoor bathrooms are pretty! My family and I did enjoy our stay. One thing to note is that there are no lifts - we requested a change from a third floor room to one on the ground floor as my mother is elderly, and the front desk staff was able to get us one...

"Hotel ini adalah hotel yang sangat mewah dengan interior mewah bak layaknya istana. Hotel juga masih sangat baru berdiri tahun 2015. Servis sangat memuaskan, dengan sistem buttler di setiap lantai. Welcome snacks yang sangat unique menaruh hotel ini sekelas diatas Shangrilla... Walaupun pantainya bukanlah yg terbaik namun saya sangat menganjurkan hotel ini bagi orang yang mengutamakan kemewahan dan servis. Karena itulah yang akan anda dapatkan ;)"

"The music in the hallways are too loud. We had to request for it to be turned down twice - once outside our room and the other outside the business center. While ambience is important it should not invade rooms. However, housekeeping responded immediately each time in keeping with their overall excellence in response to guest needs."
