Transparency across the board and personal responsibility within the staff that comes across like white glove service. I have stayed in other high end hotels in Orlando, but none match my experience at ette hotels."

"Encore Resort was a nice place! We had an issue with our patio door in the middle of the night & maintenance came immediately and fixed the issue! Can’t wait to visit again. They even held our bags until it was time for check-in. "

"It was a great location to go to Disney and other places. Some of the tv's did not work properly, had to change to English setting on main tv, no remote for the one bedroom upstairs, and the downstairs bedroom tv did nor work properly. Microwave light did not work. Had to connect the upstairs bathroom it was disconnected had to reconnect it. Not enough comfortable seating should have another small love seat in the living room. Overall it was a nice place."

"Everything from the house to the property was amazing!!! the only downside is entering the property. cars were backed up for at least half a mile and it took a long time to get in every time we returned from an outing. My husband had an argument with the security guard because his pass was not scanning so he was told he could not come in. They really need to come up with a better check in system."
