"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Encore. Our unit was a 5 bedroom on the west side of the resort. The water park/main building was a couple minute walk from our place and the kids liked that they could walk there on their own. We did experience some issues with our unit. The door handle literally fell off when we tried opening the front door after checking in, so that wasn’t a great start.
