"The hotel is quite a long distance from Bangkok, but for a couple of nights it is worth a visit (and the 2-3 hour drive across from Bangkok). The setting on the river is beautiful. We have one of the rooms with the kayaks, and these are easily accessible/ readily available. The only drawbacks were that there really is nothing to do in the local area, and to get into the town centre the only option is to use the hotel's taxi service (no other local services or Grab options available). "Very frendly helpful service on check in. The rooms are large and spacious but only 2 coat hangers in the wardrobe is not good. The grounds around the hotel are most impressive and well maintained. Access to the swimming pool for people with any slight disability is an impossibility as there are no steps for children or the elderly. "Hôtel très calme, très belle piscine, petit déjeuner bien fourni et copieux, par contre l’hôtel est pratiquement vide et il n’y a qu’un seul restaurant (ce qui se comprend vu la fréquentation). Le premier soir nous étions 4 et le second soir nous étions seuls ! Pour la piscine c’est étrange d’être seul pour une piscine si grande. "

"Nice place along the river in town. Short tuk tuk ride to all of the sights in town and train station. Wi Fi is ok but only allows one device at a time to be logged in. Staff did provide extra login codes on request. TV did not work but not a big deal since we were not here to hang out in room and watch TV."

"Nice accomodation facing the river. The furnishing is dated but the bedding pillows are decent. As the room faces the river, the other side of the river has live band so it is not suitable for people who are light sleepers (do bring ear plugs). Staff are friendly and the place is clean."
