"Overall a great place to stay with beautiful rooms and public areas oozing with history. The only criticism for the room (Deluxe)is that it needed a fridge, a mirror with a plug socket nearby and a little more lighting. The bed and furniture were excellent and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet style and was fine. The staff were excellent and friendly, as is the Irish way. Would I stay again? Most definitely. "

"The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food excellent both for breakfast and dinner. We were however, disappointed with the housekeeping, which we only asked for once in four nights, but the room wasn't cleared of rubbish, a dirty sheet or dirty crockery. It was extremely noisy one night until 0200 from a nearby club. We also felt there could be some drawers in the room for storage of clothes, OK for one/two nights but not more as ended up living out of our case."

"We had the mist amazing night here, the staff went above and beyond, from the reception team, bar staff to the staff in the breakfast area. Great selection for breakfast, rooms immaculate and all the finishing touches were 1st class. Ended the night with beautiful cocktails and was provided with a fee nibbles also. "Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast staff were not particularly interested in providing a first class service. No marmalade, had to ask for pastries to be re-stocked and the cooked breakfast - eggs bacon etc - was suffering from rigour mortis. Not a great start to the mornng! Location though is ideal for exploring the city centre, visiting the Titanic Experience and for access to the City Airport."

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement car le prix est à la hauteur des prestations offertes. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. L'hôtel propose une salle de sport et une piscine (très appréciable) Par contre, vous êtes un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville. "Great location for attending concert in SSE arena. Downside was quite a basic room with no amenities such as bottled water or biscuits in the room which seems standard enough elsewhere nowadays. Also, no birthday gift in the room for my wife, despite mentioning this and again being given this elsewhere. Quite an expensive hotel for what you get and with no spa, but as stated location was excellent and view of the Lagan was unbeatable."
