Security personnel by the entrance was friendly and has great personality. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious, clean and morden, also quite at night. Will definitely stay this hotel again. "

"As this property was in a great location, within walking distance to transportation, ie trains and buses, as well as the markets and ferries, the homeless were abundant and noisy. Drugs being exchanged in full view, many just wandering around so high , with their eyes closed. A sad thing to see, especially when others are walking around with their fur coats on and Saks 5th av and Pendleton stores right there. Sharp and sad contrast."

"It’s very close to the monorail and a walkable distance from everything I wanted to go to. I do not recommend the food in their cafe, but there is a cafe across the street that’s very good and has a cozy cafe vibe. The water in the shower only got lukewarm on the 2nd day. I like the games they have set up in the lobby. Most employees are 5 stars."
