"Check-in was good, but if you go on a Saturday, there is no parking in front of the check-in and that made it difficult. Places are a little dated, but the location is great. You can walk to lots of restaurants and right to the beach. The parking underground is terrible. I was under there with several other people trying to park and we had to back in many times with only a couple of inches on each side or we would scratch our cars. Definitely bring a small car if you’re going to park underneath...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Villas. The view, the accommodations, the 1:1 communication via text was prompt and helpful. We could get in the water if we wished because it wasn’t contaminated. Parking was designated and free. Location was amazing. The pier nearby was great. "

"Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. "
