"I really enjoyed the stay this time with the exception of the elevators. There are three elevators but two of them were out of order for the entire three days of my stay. On the last day, all three elevators were out of order. I had to walk up to 4th floor which is not a big deal, but some people had to carry their luggage up and down the stairs which was dangerous."

"Stayed at Hilton hotel T5 Heathrow. Very clean and friendly staff. You had planes flying over the hotel, but the place was sound proff. Got a good night sleep. Recommended. "

"We stayed on the 6th April, welcomed with a glass of cold bubbly - the room was spacious, even had sockets for non-UK devices. The water was always lovely, hot and the bed, pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, I recommend the Avocado toast. The girls on reception were always friendly and smiling as was the doorman. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Hotel was great - really modern and stylish rooms. When we arrived we weren’t greeted by the staff in a very welcoming way. The lady behind the desk barely said hello before asking for ID. Another lady was putting stock away behind the desk and she was so polite and welcoming and thanked us for choosing to stay with them which was lovely! We were given our room key and when we got to the room we realised we had been given the accessible room. We didn’t request this so we were a bit confused as...
