The property was nice clean and quiet but there were no local channels on the tv! Normally don’t watch much tv while traveling but I was wanting to watch the Grammys!

We had a great week stay at OakRidge, the only downfall was that Expedia's website stated that there was a daily breakfast buffet which there wasn't.

This property is a bit dated, however , it provides all you need for a nights stay. The employees we dealt with were all very friendly. We had made a mistake with our reservation and we were suppose to check out 1 day before we thought. this could have been a real issue. lucky for us Jessica Frederick was at the desk and treated this as not an issue at all. she found a way to keep us in our rooms for 1 more night. I can not praise her enough for how she handled a mistake that was our fault. The owners must be very happy/proud to have such a great employee.

Nice, privately owned (not a chain) hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities for families. Common area included ping pong table, large game sets (Connect 4, Jenga) and an outdoor pool. Some fixtures in room are older, but plenty of nice touches in the very clean room. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo we stayed in was good and decorated very nicely but I must say it wasn't what I expected. But nonetheless it was very clean very very spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and my husband and I really enjoyed the Giant connect four game and small game room. The only thing that I did not like is that this hotel is on a rather large hill. So if you want to walk to the nearest Street to get to the strip be prepared to climb a hill / mountain. I would recommend this hotel single travelers as well as families.

We purchased three nights and left after the second. Our room was not as advertised!! Can you call it a “one bedroom condo” when there is no door on the bedroom? Our room was just two old motel rooms with the door removed between and a kitchen area installed on one side. Disappointing. There was dried snot on the wall of the bathroom. The blinds are in such bad shape they can’t swivel open and close, only pull up and down with lots of effort. Lighting is horrible. I banged my head on the poorly placed over head light in the kitchen. Outlets are minimal. There is only one outlet in the kitchen and it’s located behind the sink. There are no available outlets by the bed to charge your phone at night. You have to pull the bed out to get to the outlet behind it. And the only TV to watch was direct TV. Not even a smart TV. Staying there was like stepping back in time.

It was a nice place, i stayed two nights and didn’t get new towels. And the coffee they supply is small packets, for a coffee pot and it wasn’t enough for good coffee. They also don’t have breakfast. Good stay though

Our suite smelled like molded pepperoni pizza, there is no hair dryer, iron, dirty clothing bag or full size mirror. The wall dispensers in the shower were completely empty. The room had no phone, neither of the tv's worked, in fact, they wasn't even plugged into the wall or cable outlet. There was a small square thing attached to the top of the tv, still not sure what that was but it definitely appeared to be a camera but I can't be 100% sure. The sofa was dirty with what appeared to be a "snot" smear (we all know what this most likely was). It all looked really good online but definitely not as portrayed. They did allow me to cancel my second night so that's about the only good thing about the whole stay.

Front desk - awful. Slow! We had no lighting in back parking lot - after a show - dark, scary - easy to fall. Folks are elderly, and not safe for no lighting. Bedrails - not clean - yikes. Full of yuck. Shower gel and shampoo empty - although small shampoo bottle so OK - Required to load a charge to my card - as a secuirty deposit - Isn't that why there is a card on file? There is not a reason to charge a secuirty deposit - When we checked out - no one at front desk - Just told leave keys by the maintenance man - He said the deposit will "go away" Not a happy Branson guest with this place - do not recommend
