"Had a wonderful stay at the Darlington. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Right across the street from the Boardwalk, the beach and fishing pier with restaurant. The cottage we stayed in was built in the 1940’s and was very cute and comfortable. This is a local family run business and they take pride in what they do. If you want a high rise, high end resort this isn’t the place for you. But if you want a cozy, CLEAN, mom and pop where they will treat you like family, then you’ll love it. We...

"The property was dirty. There was food particles in the sink coffee left in the coffee pot. The linen was dirty, and there were used food containers under the bed. The property itself was cute and spacious and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants "

"Great location and perfect for a family of 4"

"We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! "

"Love that It was quiet & the view by the lake was so beautiful. In one of the bedrooms upstairs, the light would not come on & the tv remote was missing from one of the rooms so our guest had to go downstairs to watch tv. Also, there were many bugs (roaches, water bugs, centipedes) and food under the sofa’s pillows that’s what I didn’t like about this property. Overall I give it a 5/10."
