" I can’t say enough about the wonderful and amazing staff at this location. Their service truly stands out! The property is conveniently located just a 6 to 10-minute walk from everything, which makes it a great spot. However, the property itself is in need of some updates. The bathroom and common areas, especially the couches, could use a deep cleaning—like a deep shampoo. I absolutely love the historic aesthetics of being in the French Quarter, and I hope they preserve the charm and character...

"I'm torn between giving a 4 or 5 star rating because our room was very nice. Bed was comfy, big tv, a/c works great, very nice shower( but no shelves in the shower go figure) But, and this is the killer, the Windows are old and had gaps between the upper and lower that I had to use one of the towels to fill up to help keep some noise out. Our room faced canal st. And you could hear every loud car go by, almost like being outside. I can only say for our room that it was loud, it timed down...
