"I was placed on the second floor where there is convenient trash chutes /laundry room/ gym/ ice machine/ soda machine. I checked in on a Wednesday night and the bar was closed until Friday night and open through the weekend. Staff was pleasant and brief."

"Pros: We liked the location and helpful staff at The Rubenstein, and David made us some great drinks at the lobby bar while giving us tips on what to do and see. Cons: The room needed blackout shades; we could almost read by the ambient street light. There was lots of street noise (to be expected; Nola is a city) so be sure to pack your earplugs. We stayed for 4 nights and would have appreciated more surfaces or drawers to unpack and settle in. The room was surprisingly spare and we lived out...
