"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and the services, along with the breakfast, were truly excellent. The only minor drawback was the distance from central or eastern London, which is where I needed to travel. Improved public transport options in the area would make the experience even better."

"This is an exceptional boutique Hotel in London, about 10/15 mins walk from Victoria Station and we walked to Houses of Parliament in about 40 mins. Such a unique room which was spotlessly clean with large free standing bath, amazing toiletries and spacious . Continental Breakfast was delicious with amazing choice, we were going to upgrade to cooked breakfast but so much choice with continental we did not bother. Could not fault anything about this Hotel."

"Very nice stay, superb location just 3 min walk from Earl’s Court Station, which again transported us directley to and from Heathrow AirPort with the tube, using only the oystercard. Nice rooms and fine breakfast, and clean rooms as far as we could jugde by our weekend stay. Sentral heating. Quiet area as well. The hotel was comfortable, easy to find and perfect for London weekend stays, with easy access to all of central London! "

"Deras personal var hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Rummet vi bokat var rymligt, men lite slitet. Ett plus var att det fanns ett litet kylskåp på rummet. Deras frukost var sparsam och inte så inspirerande. Vi har bott på hotellet för sex år sedan och då var den bättre. Ett tips är dock att be om deras omelette som de tillagar efter beställning. "It was my 2-nd visit to London and stay at this hotel - definitely I was very satisfied.The location is very good offering access to public transportation, the staff very professional ,caring and hospitable.Mandy ,the owner, is very special creating a nice person to person relation that makes you feel welcome in that place.Malvina, the manager is very kind ,caring and helpful.The ladies at the reception -very nice and helpful.I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel was amazing. Very classy, clean & the rooms are not closet sized which I find too often is the case in London. The bed was an American full size bed & the room was great. Walk in shower was clean & modern. There is a nice nook with a small fridge, water, a kettle, tea-bags & coffee pods for the nespresso type machine. It was all great. Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
