"This is a very old property, some of the facilities like the cupboards need to be updated, however i loved the generous space of the accomodation. Some of the staff were very sour, however some were also friendly. The breakfast provided was as expected,minimal. But the surroundings were beautiful and quiet. I would book this location again."

"Great front desk welcome - however agent announced my room number to others in the lobby. Was given a room where smoke alarm was chirping, next room was fine. Then at 10:30p, building wide alarm went off, I gathered up stuff and left the building, waited for the alarm went off after a while. There was no communication from the hotel at the time of alarm, or at checkout. "

"The building was very secure, requiring keypad entry at the door as well as elevator and a different code for the room. The studio was very clean, and the building itself was quiet. We were facing the expressway, and we could hear a low hum of traffic that did not bother us at all. There was a sound machine as well as earplugs for those who are light sleepers. "This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! "We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store...

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. "
