We liked the location of the property. We paid for a handicap accessible room but the toilet was one of those short one's. When I called they offered to move us to a room with grab bars but they said all handicap rooms had short potty's. So we stayed in that room since there were no refunds and the wrong description of the booking for that room. There was one grab bar in the shower. The bed itself was comfortable. The fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. I called and they changed the fitted sheet. The sheets were all mismatched and the pillows were horrible, the bedskirt wasn't put on the bed properly. There was only a little coverlet on the bed, not even a real bedspread. The carpet needed vacuumed. The microwave was dirty, it had nasty greasy fingerprints all over it. The floor around the toilet was dirty and had dead bugs. The sink and fixture had nasty buildup on it. No paper cups in the room. They really need to teach their janitorial how to clean. I'm a retired janitorial business owner of 32 years and their department is really lacking. Fabric furniture has stains all over it. The office chair looked like it needed to be at the dump. The fabric was all tore up. The headboard needed cleaned. All the lamps need to be cleaned and shades vacuumed. We have never stayed in a Quality Inn that was this dirty and not equipped well. If some of this is corrected, we might consider staying again in the future.

First of all, the staff was very kind and professional. Everything else was extremely unsatisfactory. The lighting was almost nonexistent in the parking lot. The lobby was fine. The journey to the elevator was alarming with filthy stained trash cans, walls, and carpet. One of the two elevators was out of order while the functioning elevator was dirty, reeked of a fowl odor and had no ventilation. All of the doors on my floor had been broken into, clearly. The facings and doors all chipped. The crossover lock was missing inside my door. The room had loose and broken tile in the kitchenette area. The bathroom was extremely outdated. Toilet bowl was rusty, seat loose and the handle had to be held down for atleast 20 seconds to flush. The tub was stained and the paint in the floor area was chipping away as I showered. I dried off with a stained towel because I didn’t notice it until I got out of the shower. My room had two ac’s and one starting making a squealing sound in the middle of the night so I had to turn it off. The room temp stayed comfortable with the one ac. The only furniture for sitting was a cigarette burned couch that I was afraid to sit on. We didn’t leave anything of value while we were away at a nearby casino. I never leave feedback like this and I do not find pleasure in it but I’m hoping no one will have to go through the shock and disgust that I did when they get to this location . It’s absolutely not the way it was described and graded on Expedia

This place needs an update very badly. Everything is old and dingy. Our commode was stained so bad it looked like it hadn’t been flushed in months. Our sheets looked clean but had dirt or sand on them. Had to shake the sheets off before sleeping. No trashcans anywhere in the room. One plastic cup, no other cups or coffee maker. Towels are very rough, threadbare and dingy off white colored. No one at the desk or concession area to purchase a drink any time we tried. Only one elevator working and the one working was very noisy and not a smooth ride.

Hotel was totally booked due to a local event. We stayed two nights. The first night was unbearable, the air conditioner was super loud, impossible to sleep. The first morning we found out we were unable to turn on the water in the shower. It was 4:00am and understandably there was no one to speak with so...no shower. When we returned later in the day the staff was super accommodating, immediately provided us with another room. The hotel is a bit dated but overall, because the staff was nice and went out of their way to accommodate everyone I spoke with it made a difference.

Hot, run down. Mess. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t think a hotel could me shadier. Staff was nice. They couldn’t help the squalor conditions, but I won’t shoot the messenger. They did give me a room key without any id. I said my key didn’t work. No proof of id. #NopeNeverAgain

Room was dirty. Used facial towel hanging up. Boggers wiped on curtain and wall. Dirt build up in every corner. Tiles in entry hall not secured to floor. 1 year ago was a Best Western Property not sure now, but sad how much the property deteriorated in just 12 months. This is the worst review I have ever left on any travel app.

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a little outdated but is clean. This trip the television in our room did not work and the manager moved us to another room, in that room the blow dryer was missing when I went to dry my hair. There has always been a friendly staff at this location.

Worse stay in a hotel ever. My wife and two kids came to visit me and stay for the weekend. Our first room, 209, the bed fell off the frame when I sat down on it, so they moved me to 212 and we got our things in that room and went swimming for a few hrs. When we went back to the room we were locked out of our room and the desk couldnt even get it to work. I had friends with kids as well visiting, and after three hrs of sitting in cold wet clothes in the lobby they finally broke into the room so we could at least get our things. When the moved us to 413, the lock was dead and wouldn't let us in. We moved our things again to room 317 and finally after three hr wait we got in our room at 10 pm. Maya was great and she done everything she could to get us in that room to our things. I think a refund would be the only professional amd right way to conduct business.

Property in need of deep cleaning and repair. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Checked in and after two room changes refused to stay and left. Asked for complete refund. Rooms, carpet, elevator and lobby bathroom dirty and place stinks horribly.

The staff was super friendly and the lobby looked good. But one elevator don’t work, Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The chair for the table was missing. The bathtub was rusty. The ice machine on our floor 4th was out of service and there was no vending machine. There was vending machines and ice downstairs though. It looks like this property was just recently purchased, and hopefully they’re going to be updating it

To start, we booked our week long stay in March for a stay in July 2024. When we arrived I was told that they never received payment from Expedia and I had to pay the entire amount again. When I got to the room, it was filthy. The chair had a huge stain on it, the office chair had stains everywhere and the fake leather was completely ripped off. The bed spread had a stain on it. The mini fridge did not work. The security latch on the door was not on there. I was told by staff that they were booked and did not have any other rooms available. I asked that the bed spread and bedding be swapped out and was told they would. Came back several hours later and nothing had been taken care of. I was given a new bedspread that we had to put on our selves. Our child had a bloody nose one night and we addressed it with multiple staff members at the front desk in the morning. We came back late that night and no one had been to our room and nothing changed. Again we were given bedding to change out ourselves. Our room was never cleaned and we stayed from Saturday to Saturday. I was told when we checked out that we had to ask to have the room cleaned even though I asked twice and it was not taken care of. We also had our keys deactivated every night during the week and at first they were able to activate them, then we were told that the key machine was down and they had to walk up and open our door on multiple occasions. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
