"Excellent hotel facilities and great view of the racetrack. Car parking was atrocious. It was a potholed cinder park a long walk from the hotel. My wife is on crutches and had great pain and inconvenience trying to walk that distance in the dark and rain with suitcases. The foot access was totally unmarked and we could not get through the security barriers surrounding the car park. No hotel transport was available although the staff in the hotel were very kind and sympathetic. A new car park is...

"The receptionist was very helpful and friendly The room was really nice. The only drawback is we only had one towel for two people. But as soon as we told the receptionist she brought 1 some more up. There wasn’t any milk in the tea and coffee tray. and the window didn’t close properly so it let in the cold. and the curtains were quite light so they let in the light at night and morning "

"The staff were great but there are too few of them for a larger hotel. The basics like the faulty drain in the sink and very temperamental shower controls, lights that would not switch off individually (all on or all off only option) made the room feel very tired.
