"I was only in Chester for one evening and I had stayed at the Abode before. The views from the restaurant are great and my room was a basic room but was very good. Fantastic powerful shower and had great soaps and nice fluffy towels. Soundproofing to outside was also very good. Staff great and very helpful."

"A really lovely room, it appears to be new. The shower room was amazing, great shower and the tiles looked really nice. The floor of the bedroom wasn’t clean on arrival but when I asked about it they dealt with it quickly. All staff were very friendly and the service was great in the restaurant. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and great value. We were given £20 vouchers due to our tv not working during our stay which was a kind gesture. The parking is included and so convenient....

"Lovely quaint inn with loads of character. Staff were friendly and polite. fast check-in. Good choice of evening menu. Quality of food was really good. On a negative note, stayed in room 16 which has a very noisy toilet mulcher which makes a very loud grinding noise when flushing the toilet or even just running a tap. "

"Fantastic stay, room was great and service was great. Pretty easy to get into Manchester as well. This is now my go to hotel whenever I'm working in Manchester. Far more pleasant than staying in the city with great restaurants close by."

"stayed at cottons for a wedding and it was a lovely experience. only complaint was our room service breakfast made us quite ill and was not too tasty, but other than that and no late night food options at the hotel, it was such a great time. lovely room, comfy bed, great space. "
