"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. Thank you, Eurotel."

Terrible service and very bad room maintenance.

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a shame for a grand hotel like this. Overall, horrible experience, the worst of our trip in Switzerland. "

"To me from Asia, i had serious problem with electric plug/connector beside the bed, my laptop charger can not match with your connector because of the model is in small diameter, but i was in Zurich and Zermatt and i didnt find this issue. "
