"Nice small hotel clean safe quiet, will stay again "

"Overall a nice stay, a couple opportunities for improvement. The Pros: Great location, charming building, room was very clean, bed was super comfy, service was friendly. Cons: I've never heard noisier pipes in my life! Bring earplugs because if the room next to you is taking a shower, you're going to KNOW IT lol, it was unreal how loud the plumbing was. Also I heard the steam from the shower in the room next to me set off the fire alarm 3 times in a row (walls are paper thin so I heard them...

"Perfect. Great room (large, quiet, comfortable, beautifully decorated). A very cute hotel offering privacy and many amenities, including a heated pool. It is just off the main drag in historic Palm Springs with walking access to many restaurants and shopping. Cannot do better than this hotel for the price. Will definitely stay here again, "

"Simple check-in process, great, safe location, very clean, with shared living space. Host was very helpful. "

"No employee at reception desk, had to call a phone number and was given a code to a key box with our room key in it. The room floor was tilted due to structual settling of the foundaton."

"Rhonda is a friendly host and the Harbinger House is cozy and safe. Perfect for me as a single traveler! The house is amazing and filled with carefully curated, whimsical decor. Modern fixtures in the bath and shower play well with the otherwise vintage feel of the home. Parking is easy and access to midtown and the freeway was great. I loved walking to breakfast and seeing the beautiful homes, and being there during the Christmas season was a treat! "
