"We were a bit surprised by the smallness of the room, but it had all we needed...plus an extra guest -- a Texas-sized cockroach! The front desk manager, however, was great. Even though he didn't have another room our size, he sort of upgraded us to a king/sofa sleeper room, comped our parking, and reduced the rate. As a family traveling on a budget, we deeply appreciate the effort!"

"I like that the shuttle pickups and drops off at this hotel. Very convenient when you are trying to get to Disneyland. Convenient cafe and restaurant onsite. I would've liked a better notice about how I would be charged for my stay, upon checkin I was asked to provide a card with the total of the stay. Typically I pay cash but I was not allowed to checkin that way. "
