"A lovely lady checked us in, very warm & welcoming. The room was a dog friendly room & unfortunately the smell in the room made that obvious, so could have been fresher. We asked reception for camomile tea bags to be sent to the room & they arrived almost immediately, so again the staff were very good. "

"My daughter and I were given a tiny room. Once we had our suitcases on the floor, there was very little room to move around; there was hardly room at the foot of the bed and between the built in closet/ desk for me to walk past. I had to walk sideways. The bathroom was minuscule; literally the room to stand in the bathroom was the size of the bath mat. Tiny for one person, two people impossible. Staff were friendly. Location excellent close to Victoria station and about a 20 min walk to WM...

"This hotel was great for the price. Clean with comfortable beds. There is a big Tesco close by and an underground station within 10 mins walk. I have been to London before and stayed more centrally and did not find this inconvenient. Did not find the hotel noisy at night, and it felt secure. "

"Nice place to stay local to the Hammersmith Apollo. Lots eateries and pubs nearby. Tube is a few minutes walk. Bed was comfortable but the room was very hot even though i turned down the thermostat. Though the hotel is good value, there was no complimentary water. That was sold at the desk for £1.50. Also selling over priced confectionery. The room had a few stains on the couch and floor. The towels are very small and no hand towels offered. Otherwise a good stay and would stay again. "

"Amazing location right near Victoria station. Hotel has a gorgeous lobby. Older historic building but very well kept up. Rooms were recently renovated, spacious, and nice. No noise as the walls are soundproof. Would definately stay here again. "

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
