"Parking was difficult. First time at a hostel in my life. The floors were creaky, and the only way to get in is through stairs, so be prepared to climb. No elevator. It was really cute and the employee was nice. The thing I would want them to really work on is cleanliness. The sheets and pillow I slept in had stains and was a little dirty with whoever was sleeping’s hair. The bathrooms should have been cleaned more often. Also it smelled really musty and I had a hard time falling asleep because...

"As I said before I appreciate that it’s available because housing and lodging , very expensive. Nowadays we need to be frugal and practical. My time is spent mostly at work so all I need is a safe place to sleep. It’s not for everyone. The extra large bed is the only sort of private space I have , the rest is shared."

It took assistance from Hotels.com to secure a refund, as the hotel claimed they weren’t liable due to their ‘Force Majeure’ policy. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of transparency."
