"Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough. Room was well decorated and the bedding was very soft and mattress very comfortable. We were in room 17 and had a very quiet night. Only noise we heard was in the morning from...

"Rummet jag hade första natten hade belysning och TV som inte funkade så jag fick ett dubbelrum andra dagen.. Det var väldigt bra rum med bekväm säng och sörre badrum som gör det läätare för mig att dusca eftersom jag är ganska lång. Läget var riktigt bra. Det var 100 meter till Earls Court Road med restaurager butiker och T-bana statiom."

"Nice Hammersmith boutique hotel. Reception is self check in with tablet which I hate, especially when there are two members of staff going spare. I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
