There is no bar or restaurant/room service at all expect for breakfast, which given this is a VIP property and is advertised as coming with 20% off food and drinks during the stay is misleading given we couldn’t even get any food or drink to use it on. "Lovely stay. Perfect location for going to see Wicked at the Victoria Apollo theatre. They contacted us during the day to say they had boiler issues and we would get a full refund. We still decided to stay as it was only one night without a hot shower. Electric heater was provided in the room. Kept us plenty warm enough. "Rummet jag hade första natten hade belysning och TV som inte funkade så jag fick ett dubbelrum andra dagen.. Det var väldigt bra rum med bekväm säng och sörre badrum som gör det läätare för mig att dusca eftersom jag är ganska lång. Läget var riktigt bra. Det var 100 meter till Earls Court Road med restaurager butiker och T-bana statiom."

"Before checking in I requested a particular floor to be on and this was granted. Very friendly staff.. check in could have been quicker . Breakfast was good but there could have been a few more options( you had to pay extra for an omelette) Room was clean, comfortable and with a large tv screen. A bit of a trip hazard however entering the bathroom! Very convenient to public transport and museums "

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
