Ratilanna is a beautiful hotel with a traditional style and 5 star amenities. Unique style and very serene location next to Ping river. Only a short ride from airport but a 15 min ride from Chiang Mai downtown
We had booked 2 rooms and the staff was very nice to upgrade one of the rooms so that whole family were in adjacent rooms. Loved the decor in the room. Never saw such large bath tub with a TV and a waterfall feature. Exactly like on the hotel website pictures
The pool is also very large and fun. The hotel grounds are very well kept.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and numerous veg and non-veg options. The restaurant overlooks the river with outdoor dining option. It’s a very serene environment in the morning for breakfast. It has a large indoor option with huge glass wall and air conditioning for those who prefer cooler temperature.
We had lunch a couple of times there too. The food and drinks are amazing. Even though we ate outside in other restaurants in Chiang Mai, the food here was the best.
The entire staff during our stay was very friendly and helpful. No exceptions.
We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it anyone planning to Chiang Mai. The other 5 star options are contemporary style hotels u see in any city.
