"Property was great. Busy due to spring break. Visited the pool area. Hot tub was ok. Disappointed that I was specifically excited to sit in the sauna..even called ahead before booking to make sure it was operating only to find out it was out of order. Front desk should be made aware of any amenities not working to be able to notify guests. Otherwise room was ok..bathroom was not the cleanest, definitely didn’t mop, or clean the toilet..someone used it and didn’t flush before we arrived. Grounds...
