"Visiting in February (the "off season" for travel/tourism) I paid only $125 per night at Little Charlie. The accommodations were perfect. The room was modern; the twin bed was incredibly comfortable; and the shower was hot. Noise level was fine, though I brought my own earplugs. The hotel was pretty high tech. Before arrival, expect an email with an invite to download an app and start the check-in process. Note that the front desk is NOT staffed overnight, and the front door locks for security...

"The room I'm in is very comfortable. You can see this hotel was renovated and it was done very nicely. Excellent choice of plumbing fixtures in Bathroom. Beds are very comfortable and have lots of pillows. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here. My main observation is that this hotel is extremely clean, from th lobby to the rooms. "

"Very nice staff who gave me a one hour late checkout, and responded quickly to a couple of housekeeping requests. Room comes with a few freebies which is nice. On the 19th floor, I did not hear the loud music from a club on an upper floor done complained about. Best off all is the lower East side neighborhood that is full of lovely cafes and restaurants, and yet still has the feeling of historic old New York with low rise buildings and some old signage over the stores . "

"Front desk was very welcoming & helpful. Location was great; between Gramercy & Flat Iron, Chelsea is a 3 minute cab ride. Room was very comfortable; king bed and small sitting area. Actually had a view of Lexington Ave and not a building wall. My only negative is, the bathroom was a bit tight. But I’m also a larger man, so bathrooms are normally a bit snug. With that said, the shower had plenty of space"

Bad service

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
