"Great value, private and lots of room! This was for a short trip to Helen for 2 nights with 4 adults and 3 kids. The villa was perfect with 2 large bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with 2 twins--one child is only 4 and sleeps on a mat on the floor when we travel. 2 full baths were great. The location is great, very close to downtown Helen so we could go do something and get back the villa easily. The villas do have dated decor but that's not a big deal. "Loved the accommodations but almost didn't get in. There were no instructions regarding check in. There was no office and no phone communications available. I didn't have any information about how to get keys and find out where my unit was located. Had the flag down another guest who told me about going into a unmanned guard house to get an envelope with instructions and a key. Without her info, I wouldn't have had any way of checking in.
