"This is not a hotel but a rental. The apartment itself is great no issues there but the bed is hard rock, they provide 2 tiny terrible pillows and only 2 towels. Not even a bath mat and there is a big sign in the bathroom that towels cannot be used on the floor, obviously we had a choice between slipping or not. "The room and staff were very nice. I didn’t like the extra charges for breakfast. Other properties we stayed at in the area didn’t have these extra fees. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I didn’t like the distance to the complementary beach lounge chairs. The beach guy servicing the complementary beach chairs was not friendly or accommodating. It was obvious that he would have preferred a paying customer . He treated us like second class customers."
