"Lobby was very inviting. There is some wear and tear on the walls and in the hallways. Our room was a little musky, but overall cozy. Couch in king suite could use a cleaning. Spa tub in king suite could use a refinishing. It looked dirty, but found to be stained or scratched. The sauna was not working and the pool was ice cold. "I thought the hotel was very nice with great amenities and a very attentive staff. My only complaint was the size of the hotel itself; I literally had to walk about an eight of mile to get from the lobby to my room. That said, the overall experience we very satisfactory."

"The perfect place for our family to get a couple of days skiing without breaking the bank. The original room we were booked in was not fully cleaned, so the front desk person promptly gave us a new, clean room right next to the original one. She was working by herself that night and handled all of our and it looked like everyone else’s needs with grace and ease. We will be back."
