I recently stayed at the Noom, formally the Radisson Hotel. The hotel accommodations were great. My only area of concern was the customer service for food. Several times when I ordered, I had to wait an extended period. However, I observed other guests arriving promptly after receiving their food. One night, it was cool as I sat outside and requested a blanket. When I ordered my food, the server did not come to check to see if I was pleased with the service. When I asked her why she didn’t check back with me about the blanket, she said she was sorry and there were no blankets. When clearly, other guests received blankets. Please emphasize to your staff the importance of customer service and how ALL guests need to be treated EQUALLY! Also, emphasize to your staff the importance of customer service and be mindful of how you treat your guests.
