"This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and everything was very good. I really enjoyed the noodle soup. There is a huge mall within a short walk with lots of restaurants and food choices. I would happily stay here again!"

"Negative: though not the hotel’s fault but something to keep in mind. Some of the hotel guests can be a bit rude and self centered. "We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info.
