Check in was via a code that we were sent initially and went smoothly. Room was clean. But we had a few small issues that when all added up is enough for me not to recommend this place: 1. Noisy A/C, so I tried opening a window. One window was off its track and couldn't stay open or lock close. Didn't love not being able to lock the window but at least it was on the 2nd floor. I texted the "welcome number" that night received a reply i the morning. 2. Bathroom sink barely drained... also texted about that on arrival and got a reply in the morning. 3. Coming back on our final night our door code wouldn't work. Had to call the emergency number and wait as "all lined were full", then when I did get a hold of someone, she had to contact someone else to call me back. We got in the room but it was a very stressful 15 minutes. While locked out another guest passed us in the hallway, saying she had the same issue but on her initial arrival. 4. When we finally got in the room the hot water had stopped working so we had cold showers to round off our stay. I didn't bother messaging anyone at that point. Final point if you do stay here - it's paid parking in the lot, but just park on the street for free.

liked the area, close to shopping mall, within walking distance. photos looked substantial! didn't like check in system. This accommodation was confirmed and paid for several days in advance. the entry info arrived the day of travel and was not available on my phone. a hard copy on the day of confirmation would have eliminated any issues. Missed my stay!

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Suggest:1) send access information at least 24 hours before, avoid sending the same day since it really feels unsecured when arriving; 2) the access and parking information are clear, but may not fit to elder people

Contacted property manager and was told they had no booking under my name.They didn’t reply until I contacted them the next day.At which they then told me they did in fact have my booking upon which they then provided information on how to gain access to the building via a entry code but not until i provided identification.

In August 2024, we booked several rooms, both being the room with a sofabed and queen bed. Upon arrival, we discovered that one of the rooms was missing the sofabed. We noticed a sofabed obstructing the hallway but were unaware it was the one intended for our room. When we reported the issue to the staff, they informed us that their best solution was to send one person to assist (meaning we would have to be movers ourselves), or we would need to use an air mattress for the night. Ultimately, we had to move the sofabed back into our room ourselves. Unfortunately, the mattress that was brought in was stained with multiple blood marks, extremely thin, and uncomfortable, as we could feel the springs throughout the night. The pillows in the room were stained and filthy. The overall condition of the room was very poor, and the area felt unsafe, with the surrounding buildings appearing abandoned and overgrown with weeds. We contacted management afterward, only to be completely ignored. Avoid this place at all costs!

First time staying here and honestly terrific value. Easy parking, room was super clean with everything you needed. Owners sent great clear info on accessing the building and room. Yes, its an older building but for a one night stay its hard to beat this place on bang for the buck really.

For the price it was not horrible, but some updates could be made and air conditioning systems should be placed in the room, along with garbage sorting tips and travel soaps, shampoo and conditioner should be made available. Otherwise the stay went well
