"L'appartement est idéalement situé dans Bruxelles. On peut tout faire à pied. On peut arriver a l heure qu'on veut avec le système de coffre fort pour la clé Les draps et les serviettes sont propres Mais le bâtiment est mal entretenu. Les meubles de l appartement sont vétustes, la literie est très inconfortable. Il y a du moisi dans la douche. Pas de télécommande pour la télé malgré ma réclamation. Il y a une odeur bizarre quand on rentre"

"Tout était idéal sauf la propreté. La poubelle n'avait pas été vidée. Elle était pleine et une horrible odeur s'en échappait dans tout l'appartement. Beaucoup de poussière sous le lit, un paquet de cigarette était encore dessous. Dès marques laissés par des tasses de café se trouvait sur les tablettes à côté du lit ainsi que sur la table à manger. A priori, seule les draps et les serviettes ont été changés. Après signalement pour la poubelle, cela a été réglé rapidement. "

"Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well."

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"O hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de metrô, tem um mercado ao lado, um shopping em frente, ou seja, tem tudo que precisar próximo. Hotel grande com academia e sauna. Uma janela panorâmica em todos os quartos (só podia abrir um pouco mais). Tivemos um problema com a calefação, em uma noite o quarto ficou muito quente e insuportável para dormir, falei na recepção e nos trocaram de quarto em 5 minutos. Rápido e prontamente. "
