"A basic hotel room. The bed was a little too soft and the pillows could have been better. Conveniently located by Roosevelt CTA station and multiple bus stops. Museum Campus nearby. The area seemed sketchy after 9 pm. Location is the main positive of this hotel."

"Great location! We parked at the underground parking but no helpful signage to the direction of the lobby. We wish there was a ramp and not just stairs going up to the lobby to ease the flow of luggage. Overall okay stay. "
