"전주에게 가장 좋은 호텔이고, 아마 대체할 수 있는 경쟁 호텔이 딱히 없는 것으로 알고 있음. 한옥마을 바로 옆(정말로 바로 옆)이라서 뷰와 관광지 접근성 모든 면에서 최고임. 객실 상태도 전체적으로 좋은편이고 로비도 너무 아름답고 전주산책, 한옥당같은 부대시설도 아주 좋음. 객실도 청결한 편임. 패밀리 스위트룸에서 투숙했음. 소파의 경우 지난 투숙객이 뭔가 색깔 있는 것을 흘려서 이염이 되었는데 소파가 교체가 안된 상태로 있는 것을 확인했으나, 뭐 그렇게 엄청나게 큰 문제는 아니었고 이해가능한 수준이었음. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗하고, 비데도 있고, 수건도 충분하고, 뜨거운물도 잘나오고, 딱히 단점이랄 것이 없음. 굳이 아쉬운 점을 꼽자면, 스위트룸의 경우 주방시설은 없긴하지만, 거실에 식탁같은게 있었으면 좋겠음. 식탁이 꼭 밥 먹는 용도가 아니어도 여러가지 용도로 활용될 수 있는데, 소파랑 티테이블만 있고, 나머지 공간은 좀 텅텅 비어있는 느낌이라서 아쉬웠음. 그리고 가족여행 및...
